แอป e-auction พัฒนาโดย Cloudmate.TH ใคร่ขอเรียนให้ทราบว่าเราเคารพสิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัวของคุณเป็นอย่างยิ่ง...

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

• ชื่อ นามสกุล เบอร์โทร อีเมล ที่อยู่จัดส่ง
• พิกัด GPS (หากผู้ใช้อนุญาต)
• พฤติกรรมการใช้งาน เช่น หน้าที่เข้าชม และเวลาใช้งาน

2. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

เพื่อให้บริการ ปรับปรุงประสบการณ์การใช้งาน วิเคราะห์สถิติ และส่งแจ้งเตือน

3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

เราจะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลให้บุคคลที่สาม ยกเว้นตามกฎหมาย

4. สิทธิของคุณ

คุณสามารถเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลได้ โดยติดต่อผ่านแอปหรืออีเมล helpdesk@cloudmate-th.com

5. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

เรามีมาตรการทางเทคนิคและองค์กรเพื่อปกป้องข้อมูลของคุณ … แต่ไม่สามารถรับประกันได้ 100%

6. เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี

หากแอปของเรามีผู้ใช้ในกลุ่มนี้เราจะปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย COPPA และนโยบาย Google Play Families:

• ขอความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองก่อนเก็บข้อมูลใด ๆ ของเด็ก
• ไม่ส่ง ID อุปกรณ์ (AAID, IMEI, MAC ฯลฯ) ของเด็ก
• ไม่มีโฆษณาตามพฤติกรรม หรือการโฆษณาที่ไม่เหมาะสมกับเด็ก
• ใช้ SDK ที่ผ่านการรับรองสำหรับเด็ก (หากมีโฆษณา)

3. การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย

ห้ามใช้แอปเพื่อกิจกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือละเมิดสิทธิผู้อื่น

4. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

แม้เรามีมาตรการแล้ว แต่ไม่สามารถให้ความปลอดภัยได้เต็มร้อย

5. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ
